Automated maps in computer games were a big win for me.<br /><br />In play as a GM, having maps complex enough that the players needed my help to draw them 'correctly' (or run into discrepancies later that 'need to be fixed because it doesn't make sense') I found they took too much away from play.<br /><br />Overall, I'm pretty happy with not needing to map in order to get around at a basic level (i.e. find your way out of the dungeon), both as a player and a GM.Keith Davieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08411665536982769550noreply@blogger.com
